Returns & exchanges
If the fit isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back.
1. Email us within 14 days
Send your order reference and a photo of the item to support@novafashion.store. We reply within one business day.
2. We issue a return label
You'll get return instructions and the closest drop-off address. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
3. Refund or exchange
Once the item is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Exchanges ship on the next production cycle.
What we can accept
- · Unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached
- · Sneakers returned in the original box, undamaged
- · Faulty or incorrect items — always covered by us
What we can't accept
- · Worn, washed or altered items
- · Underwear and fragrance, for hygiene reasons
- · Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
