How long does shipping take?+
Every item ships on a 2-week preorder model. Orders are placed with our production partner within 24 hours, then dispatched and delivered in roughly 10–16 business days depending on your country.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We ship to over 60 countries with tracking included on every order. Shipping is a flat $6 and free on orders over $80.
How do the sizes run?+
Apparel runs true to size on a standard Asian-to-US conversion — we list exact chest and length measurements in the size guide on every product page. Sneakers are unisex EU 36–46 and labelled with both US men's and women's sizes.
Are the products authentic designer goods?+
Nova Fashion sells independent streetwear and inspired-by styles sourced direct from manufacturers. We never claim to sell licensed designer product, and fragrances are described as inspired accords.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Yes — 14 days from delivery on unworn items with tags attached. See the Returns page for the full process.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track My Order page with your order reference and the email you checked out with. You'll also get email updates when your order is dispatched, out for delivery and delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our encrypted payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it before it enters production.
